What are the different ways I can work with you?
I offer several ways to work together depending on the amount of focused time your project needs:

2-Hour Power Session — $222
Two dedicated hours for your project, updates, design work, tech support, or task list.

4-Hour Power Session — $444
The same focused support with four dedicated hours, giving us more room for a larger project or longer list.

72-Hour Transformation — $555
Three consecutive workdays where your project becomes my priority, allowing us to take a deeper dive and create significant momentum.

If your project requires more time or will realistically take several weeks to complete, I also offer custom project quotes.

What's the difference between the 2-Hour and 4-Hour Power Sessions?
Simply put: the amount of dedicated time.

Both Power Sessions give you focused design, website, marketing, or tech support. The 2-Hour Power Session gives us two hours together, while the 4-Hour Power Session gives us twice the time to work through a longer list or more involved project.

Before your session, we'll establish your priorities in a project kick off call so I can make the most of the time you've reserved.
How do I know whether I need a Power Session or a 72-Hour Transformation?
If you have a smaller project, several updates, or a manageable task list, a 2-Hour or 4-Hour Power Session may be all you need.

If your project has several moving pieces or you know you'd benefit from a deeper dive, the 72-Hour Transformation gives us three consecutive days to create focused momentum.

And if you're sitting there thinking, Brandi, I have absolutely no idea how long this is going to take... that's okay!

What exactly is a 72-Hour Transformation?
A 72-Hour Transformation gives you three consecutive workdays of focused project support.

Before we begin, we'll establish the scope and priorities for your project. Then, during our three-day window, your project becomes my priority and I'll work through as much as reasonably possible.

The 72-Hour Transformation refers to the three-day project window and does not represent 72 billable working hours.

It's designed to give us more room to dig in without stretching your project out over several weeks.
What happens after I purchase a Power Session or 72-Hour Transformation?
Once you've purchased your session, you'll receive access to schedule your complimentary 30-minute Project Kickoff Call.

During that call, we'll talk through your project, establish your priorities, determine what we can realistically accomplish, identify anything I need from you, and solidify your project date based on my availability.

You'll also receive instructions to help you prepare so that when your scheduled project time begins, I can jump right in and get to work.
Does the Project Kickoff Call count toward my purchased project time?
No! Your complimentary 30-minute Project Kickoff Call is separate from your purchased project time.

If you purchase a 2-Hour Power Session, you still receive two dedicated hours of project work. The same applies to the 4-Hour Power Session and 72-Hour Transformation.

The kickoff call allows us to prepare ahead of time so we can use your actual project time as efficiently as possible.
When is my project date officially reserved?
Your project date is established during your Project Kickoff Call based on my current availability.

Purchasing your session begins the onboarding process, but I recommend scheduling your kickoff call as soon as possible so we can determine your project date and get everything ready.

If you're hoping for a particular date or timeframe, feel free to reach out before purchasing to check availability.
What should I have ready before my project begins?
Don't worry, you don't need to have everything perfectly organized before reaching out! During your Project Kickoff Call, I'll help you determine exactly what I need.

Depending on your project, that may include:
  • Website or platform access
  • Written copy or content
  • Photos and images
  • Logos, brand colors and fonts
  • Links or existing resources
  • Examples or inspiration
  • Your project priorities and wish list
Having these pieces ready before your project begins helps me make the most of the time you've purchased.
What happens if we don't finish everything on my list?
Power Sessions and 72-Hour Transformations reserve a specific amount of focused time rather than guaranteeing completion of an unlimited task list.

Before we begin, we'll establish your top priorities as well as anything you'd like me to tackle if time allows.

I'll work through as much as reasonably possible during our scheduled time.
If something remains afterward, we can determine whether another Power Session, additional support, or a custom project makes the most sense.
Can I book another Power Session later?
Absolutely! Power Sessions are intentionally designed to make it easy to come back whenever you need help.

They're perfect for previous clients who need website updates, new pages, graphics, email marketing help, funnel updates, tech support, or simply have another list of things they'd like to get DONE.

You don't have to start a brand-new custom project every time you need support.
What if my project is too large for a 72-Hour Transformation?
Some projects simply need more time.

If you're planning a larger build, need ongoing support, or have a project that will realistically require several weeks to complete, we'll discuss the scope and I'll provide a custom quote.

You can book a Design Strategy Consultation so we can talk through the specifics and determine the best path forward.

Because they're much more than website hosting. AttractWell and GetOiling are all-in-one business platforms that can help reduce the number of separate apps and subscriptions needed to run your business.

Do you build new websites on platforms other than AttractWell or GetOiling?
For full website builds, AttractWell and GetOiling are the platforms I primarily recommend and work with because of their all-in-one capabilities and the ability to support your business beyond your website.

If you already have a website on another platform and need updates, improvements, or a transformation, I may be able to help depending on the platform and scope of the project.

Can you help me update an existing website on another platform?
Possibly!

If you already have an established website and aren't looking for a complete rebuild, I may be able to help with page updates, design improvements, copy placement, lead capture, graphics, or other changes through a Power Session or 72-Hour Transformation.

Because every platform is different, I'll want to take a look at what you're currently using before determining whether I'm the right fit for the project.
Can I use my existing domain?
In most cases, yes.

If you're moving to AttractWell or GetOiling, we can discuss how your existing domain fits into the transition and what needs to happen to connect it to your new site.

You don't necessarily need to give up the domain your audience already knows.
Can you help me transition from another platform?
Yes.

If you've decided that your current website or tech stack is no longer serving your business, I can help you determine what needs to move and assist with creating your new online home.

The scope of a migration can vary significantly depending on your existing website, content, email list, funnels, products, courses, and other systems.

For larger transitions, we'll discuss the project and determine whether a 72-Hour Transformation or custom quote makes the most sense.
Can AttractWell or GetOiling replace some of the subscriptions I'm currently paying for?
otentially, yes—and this is one of the reasons I love these platforms.

Many business owners end up paying separately for website hosting, email marketing, contact management, landing pages, course hosting, scheduling or virtual meeting tools, and other software.

Depending on the plan you choose and the tools your business needs, AttractWell or GetOiling may allow you to consolidate several of those functions into one platform.

I recommend looking at your current tech stack and comparing what you're paying for now with the features included in the appropriate plan.
Design & Canva:
Do you use Canva for design work?
Yes!

Canva is one of my favorite tools for creating beautiful, practical designs that clients can continue using after our project is complete.

Depending on your project, I may use Canva for social media graphics, lead magnets, workbooks, PDFs, marketing materials, presentations, templates, digital resources, and other branded assets.

One of the biggest benefits is that I can create something polished for you while still allowing you to make simple updates yourself later if needed
Do I need Canva Pro?
Not necessarily.

Many designs can be created and edited with a free Canva account.
However, certain fonts, images, graphics, templates, brand features, and other assets may require Canva Pro.

If your project uses Pro-only features, I'll let you know so there aren't any surprises.
Can you customize existing Canva designs to match my brand?
Absolutely.

If you already have templates, resources, presentations, workbooks, or other Canva designs that need some love, I can help update them to better reflect your branding.

We can work with your colors, fonts, logos, imagery, and overall aesthetic to create something that feels more cohesive and aligned with your business.
What if I want changes to something you've designed?
Your feedback is an important part of the process.

For Power Sessions and 72-Hour Transformations, we're working within a reserved amount of project time, so I'll use your priorities and feedback to guide the work during that window.

We'll communicate throughout the process when appropriate so we can keep things moving in the right direction.

If you'd like additional changes after your scheduled project time has ended, we can determine whether another Power Session or additional project support is needed.
