Frequently Asked Questions Page
Create a dedicated FAQ page using the questions Cyndi regularly receives from clients.
Designer will organize and polish Client-provided answers covering topics such as first appointments, treatment preparation, services, home care, and booking policies.
Client will provide the initial questions and answers and approve the final content before publication.

Designer will organize Client-provided recommendations into clear categories, polish brief descriptions, and add approved images and external links where available.
Client will supply the recommendations, relevant links, and any necessary affiliate or referral disclosures.
Future additions and updates after the included revision period are separate from this project.
Acne Boot Camp Sales Page
Create one dedicated sales page based on Client’s finalized package details, pricing, treatment schedule, and approved practitioner participation.
The page may explain the treatment experience, inclusions, suitability, frequently asked questions, and next steps.
Purchase and booking buttons will link to Client’s supplied Square destinations. Creating or administering packages within Square is not included.
Reusable Specials & Seasonal Offers Page
Create one reusable promotional page prepared with Client’s initial approved offer and linked to the appropriate Square purchase, booking, or gift card destination.

Future promotional updates performed by Designer are separate from this project.

Where appropriate, connect Square and Get Oiling to support the agreed client welcome and follow-up workflows.
Policy Pages
Format and publish a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions using language Client supplies or approves.
Any supplied booking, cancellation, or refund policies may be incorporated into the appropriate pages.
Designer provides formatting and placement, not legal drafting or a determination of legal compliance.

- One QR code linked to Client’s selected destination.
- Twenty-five total simple Instagram Story graphics using a coordinated set of layouts.
Graphics may cover the website launch, services, educational topics, seasonal offers, and booking invitations.

- A process for turning each blog into five social media pieces.
- Guidance and prompts for simple coordinating graphics.
- Prompts for developing short video scripts from blog topics.

- Test included links, forms, email workflows, and Square destinations.
- Configure redirects for existing public page addresses where supported.
- Connect the domain and publish the approved website.
- Provide one recorded walkthrough for Client and Amanda.
- Provide corrections to included work for 14 calendar days after launch, as described in Section 8.
3. Platform Selection & Third-Party Services
The full page structure above assumes Get Oiling Premium.
Client may choose Basic. If so, Designer and Client must approve a consolidated page map and any resulting scope adjustments in writing before the affected pages are built.
The full structure is not promised within Basic’s page allowance. Consolidating content does not automatically reduce the project fee.
Client is responsible for all subscriptions and third-party charges, including Get Oiling, GoDaddy domain registration and business email, Square fees, and any approved paid assets.
Platform pricing, promotional offers, features, and limits are controlled by the respective providers and are not guaranteed by Designer.
Client’s domain registration and existing business email will remain with GoDaddy. Designer will not cancel existing hosting or other services without Client’s written authorization.
Included Zoom & Event Tools
Both Get Oiling Basic and Premium include built-in Zoom and an events page with registration tools.
Client can use Zoom to record videos or presentations, save and download recordings, and share those recordings through emails, blog posts, or website pages. Client can also host live online workshops without the 40-minute meeting limit associated with free Zoom accounts.
The event tools support registration for free or paid events, whether held online or in person, such as an open house, educational class, or workshop with Kelly.
These tools provide opportunities for future growth. Producing videos, developing workshop content, and setting up individual events are separate from the services included in this agreement unless expressly listed in the project scope.
4. Project Investment & Payment
Total project fee: $3,500.
Client will select one payment option:
Option A — Two Payments
- $1,750 due with the signed agreement to reserve the project.
- $1,750 due after final review and before domain connection and public launch.
Option B — Payment in Full
- $3,500 due with the signed agreement.
- Includes the four-blog launch bonus described below.
Payment may be made through Designer’s invoice (sent separately) or via Venmo at @Brandi-Bunda: https://venmo.com/Brandi-Bunda.
Both payment methods are subject to this agreement. Payment is considered received when successfully processed and available to Designer.
Project scheduling is secured upon receipt of both the signed agreement and the required initial payment.
Pay-in-Full Blog Bonus
For Client’s selection of Option B, Designer will help develop, polish, format, illustrate, and publish four standard-length blog posts of approximately 600–1,000 words each.
Client will provide the topics, professional insights, factual information, and approvals by the agreed content deadline.
The bonus includes one consolidated revision round for the four posts.
The bonus does not include independent clinical research, interviews, video production, or ongoing publishing. It has no cash or refund value.
Late materials may delay publication of the bonus posts beyond launch; the parties will agree on a revised delivery date.
5. Schedule & Client Participation
Scheduled start: November 3, 2026.
Planned completion: December 15, 2026.
The schedule depends on timely payment, access, materials, feedback, and approvals. These are project milestones, not a guarantee of continuous daily availability.
At kickoff, the parties will establish deadlines for materials and reviews. Client will generally provide consolidated feedback within three business days unless another deadline is agreed.
Client will provide:
- Required account access through appropriate sharing methods.
- Brand assets and approved photography.
- Current service descriptions, durations, prices, and Square links.
- Credentials, contact details, hours, directions, and location information.
- Frequently asked questions and answers.
- Approved intake questions and policy language.
- Recommended products and professionals, relevant links, and disclosures.
- Final Acne Boot Camp and initial seasonal-offer details.
- Permission for testimonials and client images.
- Bonus blog materials, if applicable.
Client will identify one person authorized to provide consolidated feedback and approve work.
Amanda may assist with materials and content; final approval remains with Client unless Client delegates that authority in writing.
Client delays, provider issues, or approved scope changes may move completion beyond December 15. Designer will communicate the effect and propose an updated schedule.
If the project is inactive for more than 14 calendar days awaiting Client input, Designer may pause it and reschedule remaining work based on availability.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
The project includes two consolidated revision rounds for the website and included materials. Each round consists of one collected set of feedback from Client.
Corrections to Designer’s errors do not count as revision rounds. The four-blog bonus has its own revision allowance described above.
New pages, additional offers, substantially new creative direction after approval, replacement of previously approved content, and additional revision rounds are outside scope.
Designer will provide a written estimate and any schedule adjustment before performing additional work.
No additional fees will be incurred without Client’s written approval.
7. Health Information, Content & Privacy
Before enabling the online health questionnaire, the parties will confirm that the proposed collection, storage, access, and confirmation process is appropriate for Client’s needs and supported by the selected services.
If the platform cannot support the required handling, the parties will agree in writing on a suitable alternative and any cost or schedule adjustment before collecting health information.
Designer will test the included forms and email workflows before launch. Questionnaire confirmation emails will acknowledge receipt without repeating sensitive health answers.
Client is responsible for approving the questions collected, access permissions, retention practices, disclosures, and any required consents.
Designer is responsible for implementing the agreed configuration with reasonable care. This agreement does not itself establish HIPAA compliance or replace any separately required data-protection agreement.
Client will review and approve medical, treatment, dietary, and skincare statements before publication. Designer does not provide medical advice or independently verify Client’s professional claims.
Both parties will keep nonpublic business information, account credentials, and personal information confidential, use them only for this project, and limit access to authorized people who need it.
8. Approval, Launch & Post-Launch Support
Designer will provide a preview for final review.
Client’s written approval and full payment are required before domain connection and public launch. Silence does not constitute launch approval.
Client will review names, prices, descriptions, links, contact details, policies, and form behavior before approving publication.
For 14 calendar days following launch, Designer will correct reported errors in the included work, such as incorrect links, configuration mistakes, or material differences from the approved design.
This support does not include new content, additional features, changes made by Client or others, or repairs required by subsequent third-party changes.
Additional support may be arranged separately.
Client assumes responsibility for routine website updates, content publishing, subscriptions, and account administration after handoff.
9. Ownership & Licensed Materials
Client retains ownership of materials Client supplies and confirms having permission to use them.
Upon full payment, Designer assigns to Client Designer’s transferable rights in the final, original, project-specific copy and graphics created for this project.
Designer retains ownership of pre-existing templates, tools, methods, reusable resources, and working files.
To the extent these are incorporated into the deliverables, Client receives a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use them as part of Client’s business materials.
Third-party fonts, stock images, platform components, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Exclusive ownership of AI-assisted material is not promised.
Designer may not publish confidential information, health information, or identifiable client testimonials or treatment images in a portfolio without separate written permission.
10. Cancellation & Project Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice.
If Client cancels, Client is responsible for work performed through the termination date and any previously approved, noncancelable expenses.
For cancellation accounting only, completed work will be valued at $100 per hour, capped at the $3,500 project fee, plus approved noncancelable expenses.
Payments already received will be applied to that amount. Designer will provide an accounting and refund any unearned balance within 14 calendar days. Any remaining earned balance is payable within 14 calendar days.
If Designer terminates for reasons other than Client’s breach, Designer will provide an accounting, refund unearned payments, and deliver completed work paid for.
For a material breach, the affected party will provide written notice and allow seven calendar days to cure before termination, unless continued performance would be unlawful or expose confidential information.
11. Performance & Responsibility
Designer will perform services with reasonable care and professional skill.
Specific sales, search rankings, traffic, bookings, health outcomes, or social media results are not guaranteed.
Designer does not control third-party outages, email delivery decisions, provider policy changes, or subscription features, but will reasonably assist with identifying issues affecting the agreed launch.
To the extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability arising from this agreement will not exceed the project fee, excluding payment obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, confidentiality violations, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. General Terms
Designer is an independent contractor.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through a good-faith discussion after written notice of the issue.
This agreement is governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This agreement and any expressly incorporated attachments constitute the complete agreement.
Changes must be approved in writing by both parties; email approval is sufficient for scope and scheduling changes.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic signatures and counterparts may be used.
