How do I join the live Zoom calls?
You’ll receive the Zoom link by email 24 hours before each session.

What if I miss a Zoom call?
No worries—every session is recorded and added to the vault. You can watch the replay at your own pace.
What is the benefit of the Marco Polo chat?
The Marco Polo group is more than just a chat—it’s a lifeline of real-time support, insight, and momentum for oily entrepreneurs who are building something meaningful alongside their Young Living business.

How do I get access to the Marco Polo chat?
If you upgraded to VIP, you’ll receive a personal invite to join our group Marco Polo chat. If you didn’t upgrade but want to, send me a quick message and we’ll get you switched over and added to the group.
Are there any rules for using the Marco Polo group chat?
Yes—just one main rule: be respectful of everyone’s time. 💛

Marco Polo is meant to be a supportive, energizing space—not something that pulls you out of flow or eats up your work hours.

While it’s incredibly helpful to hear from others and stay connected, we want to keep things bite-sized and intentional.

Here’s how we do that:
Aim for 30–60 second responses
Quick check-ins, ideas, encouragement, or questions that keep the energy flowing.

This is where others will understand what you're working on. You’re welcome to share insights, ask for help, offer ideas, and chat about what’s working in your GetOiling systems, digital offers, content, etc...

If you’re dealing with something more sensitive or specific to your business, you can always send me a private Polo instead of sharing it in the group.

📬 Need a longer reply?

If your question calls for a deeper response, I may message you directly or provide a short group reply and expand on it privately—just to keep the group in line with our 60-second rhythm.

If I paid in full for the year, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of this digital product and membership structure, annual payments are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

I truly appreciate your understanding—and I want you to know that if you’ve committed to a full year of growth inside Flow2Grow, I’m committed to making this space well worth your time and investment.

As a thank-you for choosing the full-year option, you also receive:
  • 2 months free when compared to monthly pricing

What if I need to leave the Mastermind? Can I return later?
Absolutely.
Flow2Grow is a month-to-month membership—come when you need the support, and pause when you don’t.

I fully understand that as entrepreneurs, we move through seasons. If this space no longer feels aligned for you, you’re welcome to cancel at any time—no questions asked.

Here’s how it works:
  • Once you’ve paid for the month, you retain access to the Mastermind vault and Marco Polo chat (if you’ve upgraded to VIP) through the end of that billing cycle.
  • If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll reach out to see if it was a mishap. If we don’t hear back, your access to the vault and group chat will be removed.
  • New members (or returning members) are granted access on Monday mornings to ensure a smooth onboarding rhythm for the community.
You're always welcome back if and when the time feels right again. 🌿
