If you’ve been building an online business for any length of time, there’s a good chance your tech stack has started to look something like this:
One platform for your website. Another for email marketing. Something else for booking calls. Zoom for meetings. A link-in-bio tool. A checkout platform. Maybe another platform to host your course or digital products. And somewhere along the way, what was supposed to make running your business easier starts feeling like a collection of monthly subscriptions that don’t necessarily talk to each other.
That’s why one of the first questions I like to ask when looking at someone’s business is: What are you already paying for, and how much of it could we simplify? Because simplifying your tech stack doesn’t necessarily mean finding the cheapest software.
Sometimes it means finding one platform that can do the jobs you’re currently paying several platforms to do. And that’s where AttractWell gets interesting
What Is AttractWell?
AttractWell is an all-in-one business platform designed primarily for coaches, consultants, educators and other service-based entrepreneurs. If you’ve followed my recent GetOiling series, you’ll recognize many of the tools because GetOiling and AttractWell are sister platforms.
The biggest distinction is that you do not need to be a Young Living customer to use AttractWell. That makes this the platform I want to talk about when we're looking at the broader online-business world. AttractWell currently offers several plan levels, but for this article I want to focus specifically on Basic at $99/month because this is where I see enough capacity to build a pretty substantial business ecosystem without immediately needing to piece together a bunch of additional software.
AttractWell currently offers Basic for $1 for the first month, 50% off months two and three, and then $99/month going forward. So what could we actually build with it? Quite a bit.
What Comes With AttractWell Basic?
Rather than listing every single feature available, here are some of the capabilities that stand out to me when I'm looking at Basic as a potential tech stack:
- Up to 1,000 contacts
- Unlimited emails
- Up to 1,000 text messages per month with two-way texting
- Up to 5 websites and 250 web pages
- Up to 100 automations
- 10 calendar booking links
- 5 call packages
- Payments and e-commerce
- A private member area with 3 vaults and 3 classes
- Up to 200 hosted videos
- Zoom for up to 10 attendees
- 5 Custom GPTs/chatbots
- A blog and event system
- Free and paid digital downloads
- CRM and follow-up tools
- Courses, communities and memberships
- Forms and contracts
- An app for you and your clients
AttractWell also charges a 0% platform transaction fee, although you still need a Stripe account to process payments and Stripe's applicable processing fees would still apply. That’s a lot of functionality inside one platform.
But having access to 250 web pages and 100 automations doesn't mean I want you to go build 250 pages and 100 automations. Quite the opposite. Let's talk about what I would actually build.
First, I Would Simplify Your Website
If you're brand new to building your online presence, you probably don't need a giant website. And if you already have one that's overwhelming, too busy or doesn't give visitors a clear path, adding more pages probably isn't going to fix it.
I'd start with a simple foundation:
Home Page: Clearly explain who you help, what you do and where someone should go next.
About Page: Tell enough of your story to build connection and credibility while keeping the focus on the person you're there to help.
Contact Page: Make it incredibly easy for someone to reach you.
Blog: Give your educational content a permanent home where it can continue being shared, discovered and referenced.
Start Here / Link-in-Bio Page: Create one clean destination for people coming from Instagram, Facebook, your email signature, a QR code, a podcast appearance or anywhere else you're showing up.
That's already enough to create a strong online foundation. Then we add pages because they have a purpose, not because our plan gives us 250 of them. Every page gets a job and serves a purpose.
Next, I Would Build Your Audience-Growth System
Once we have somewhere for people to find you, we need to give them a reason to stay connected. This is where I would create one or two really strong free resources. Not 14 random PDFs collecting digital dust.
One or two resources that solve a specific problem for the person you're trying to reach. Each resource gets a focused landing page where someone can opt in. They receive the resource, become a contact in your CRM and can enter an intentional follow-up sequence.
Now your social media isn't the end destination... it should be TOP OF FUNNEL. Someone can discover you on Instagram, click your Start Here page, grab a resource and join your email list, waitlist, etc...
From there, you can continue the conversation through email. And because Basic includes unlimited emailing, you aren't counting individual email marketing credits every time your list grows. Your audience can grow AND you can actually communicate with them.
One thing to keep in mind: unlimited emailing does not mean unlimited contacts. Basic holds up to 1,000 contacts, so if you're blessed with a Reel, post or launch that takes off and suddenly brings thousands of new people into your world, you'll need to grow your plan with your audience—Premium currently accommodates up to 4,000 contacts, Pro up to 12,000, and Diamond up to 27,000.
And honestly? If you've suddenly grown from a few hundred contacts to 10,000+, having to upgrade your tech because your reach exploded is a pretty good problem to have.
Then, I Want a Clear Path to Making Money
Free resources are great. Growing an email list is important. But we are also building a business. At some point, there needs to be a clear path from:
“This person is helpful.” to “I would pay this person to help me.”
AttractWell allows you to accept payments, create storefronts and sell free or paid downloads, services, courses and other offers.
So maybe we create a dedicated sales page for your primary offer.
- That could be a one-on-one service.
- A digital guide.
- An ebook.
- An online workshop.
- A LIVE cohort.
- A mini course.
- A challenge
- A coaching program.
- A membership.
You don't have to build all of them. In fact, please don't. Start with the offer that makes the most sense for your business right now and create a clear path for someone to discover it, understand it and purchase it.
AttractWell supports one-time payments, payment plans and recurring payments, which gives us flexibility depending on what you're selling. Now your website isn't simply an online brochure. It's connected to the way your business makes money.
Your Member Area Can Deliver What You Sell
This is where we can potentially eliminate another platform from the tech stack. AttractWell Basic includes a private member area with three vaults and three classes. That gives us somewhere to deliver more interactive digital products and programs.
- Maybe you create a mini course.
- Maybe you run a four-week LIVE program and house the recordings, worksheets and resources inside the member area.
- Maybe you sell an educational workshop and want customers to have ongoing access to the replay.
- Maybe you create a resource library for your clients.
- You can upload video, audio, PDFs, images and other files, and Basic allows up to 200 hosted videos.
- Your clients can also access their resources through the AttractWell app.
Before you automatically add a separate course-hosting platform to your monthly expenses, ask whether the member area you're already paying for can do the job.
Booking and Client Management Can Live Here Too
If your business includes one-on-one services, consultations, coaching or strategy sessions, AttractWell Basic gives you up to 10 booking links and five call-package types.
Someone can choose an available appointment without emailing back and forth trying to find a time. You can also sell packages of sessions and track them. Behind the scenes, your CRM gives you somewhere to manage contacts, notes, purchase history, appointment history, forms, signed contracts, follow-up tasks and other information about the relationship.
Now your lead-generation system and your client-management system aren't living in completely separate places. That's the kind of consolidation I'm looking for.
Email, Text and Automation Connect the Pieces
This is probably where an all-in-one platform becomes most valuable. AttractWell Basic currently includes up to 100 automations, unlimited emailing and up to 1,000 text messages per month. That means we can start connecting the customer journey.
- Someone downloads your free resource. They receive it automatically.
- They enter an email sequence.
- They learn more about you.
- They discover an offer.
- They purchase.
- They receive the next instructions.
- Maybe they get access to a member area.
- Maybe they're invited to book a call.
- Maybe they receive reminders before an appointment.
The goal isn't to automate every human interaction out of your business. It's to automate the repetitive pieces so you have more capacity for the parts that actually need YOU.
Don't Forget the Small Entry Points
Your website isn't the only place someone enters your business. Think about your Instagram bio, Facebook profile, email signature, business card, podcast appearances, speaking events and QR codes. That's why I would absolutely build a Start Here / link-in-bio page inside AttractWell.
I have Link in Bio page template that resembles a StanStore like layout. It highlights your free resources and ability to book a call while also showcasing your paid offers, digital products, newsletter opt-in and ways to connect on all the socials where you like to show up. You can also house any affiliate links you may have here or link out your Amazon Storefront. Keep it simple.
Maybe it directs people to:
Start Here
Grab My Free Resource
Work With Me
Shop My Favorites
Book a Call
Read the Blog
Grab My Free Resource
Work With Me
Shop My Favorites
Book a Call
Read the Blog
Now the link in your Instagram bio isn't just sending someone to a collection of random links. It's sending them into the same ecosystem where your website, CRM, email marketing, booking, products and client experience already live.
Keep that idea in mind, because we're going to come back to it in the next article.
What Would I Actually Build First?
If you handed me a brand-new AttractWell Basic account today, my answer would depend entirely on what you're trying to accomplish.
If you need a traditional website, I'd absolutely start with a clear Home page, About page, Contact page and Blog. From there, we'd add a Start Here page, one or two strong lead magnets, a sales page for your primary offer, online checkout, booking if your business needs it, and the email marketing and automations that connect everything together.
But here's the other option I want you to know exists: You don't have to build a full website yet. Maybe you're building your audience primarily on Instagram and what you really need is one place to send people from your bio.
In that case, we could start with ONE strategically designed Start Here / link-in-bio page. Your page could include a photo and a short introduction to who you are and what you help people do. From there, it could give someone a clear path to your free resources, paid digital products, booking link, affiliate or referral links, latest content, social platforms or whatever else matters most in your business.
Sound familiar? That's essentially the job many entrepreneurs are hiring a separate link-in-bio or storefront platform to do. Behind that one simple AttractWell page, however, we can begin building the infrastructure that actually runs the business.
- Someone grabs your free resource and becomes a contact.
- Your email marketing begins nurturing that relationship.
- Someone purchases your digital product and payment is processed.
- They receive access to what they purchased.
- Someone wants to work with you and books a call.
- Your automations handle pieces of the experience in between.
The front end can be incredibly simple while the system working behind it is much more powerful. Then, if your business grows and you decide you want a full website later, we don't necessarily have to move everything to another platform or start over. We build outward... Add the Home page. Add the About page. Start blogging. Create additional sales pages. Build another funnel. Create a member area for a course or interactive digital product.
The infrastructure is already there. This is why I don't think the first question should be: “Do I need a website?” I think the better question is: “What is the clearest path I need to create for someone who discovers me today?”
For one entrepreneur, that may be a complete website. For another, it may simply be: Find me on Instagram → click my Start Here page → grab my free resource → join my email list → discover my paid offer → purchase.
Both are legitimate ways to start.
The technology should support the path you're building—not force you to build more than you actually need. And this brings up another conversation I think is worth having. If you're looking at this thinking, “Wait...isn't that basically what people are using Stan Store for?” Yep.
That's exactly what we're talking about next. Because I want to break down AttractWell versus Stan Store, what each one is actually doing inside a creator's tech stack, what other tools you may still need, and whether adding another platform makes sense—or whether the technology you're already paying for can create the same simple customer path.
More on that in the next article.
You Don't Need More Tech. You Need a Clearer Path.
AttractWell Basic is currently $99/month. Whether that's inexpensive or expensive depends entirely on what you're comparing it to—and, more importantly, what you're actually using it to replace.
If you're paying $99/month and only using it to host a three-page website, we're probably underusing it. But if it's replacing or consolidating your website builder, email marketing platform, CRM, booking software, course platform, video hosting, Zoom, checkout, digital-product delivery, forms, contracts, link-in-bio tool and pieces of your automation?
Now we're having a very different conversation. That doesn't automatically make AttractWell the right platform for every business.
But before you add another tool to your tech stack, I want you to ask: Can the technology I'm already paying for do this job?
Because the goal isn't to collect more software... the goal is to create the simplest possible path between the person who discovers you and the person who eventually becomes a customer or client. And sometimes the best way to simplify your tech stack isn't to find another tool.
It's to finally use the heck out of the one you already have or SIGN UP for Attractwell and get started ASAP.
