The 3 C's to Success
I've recently been a part of the Mastermind community for a few weeks now and I really looking forward to our Monday morning calls. Today, Dean Graziosi brought the fire with a message that cuts straight to the core of what holds most people back—and what can launch you forward so I thought I'd share his insights.

Whether you're starting a business, shifting your health, or navigating a life change, these three CsChange, Courage, and Confidence—are your fuel for breakthrough. Let’s break them down, shall we?

1. Change: The Constant We Resist

Dean began by reminding us that change is the only constant in life—and yet it’s often the thing we fear the most.

Why?

Because even when life isn’t aligned, we sometimes stay stuck because it’s comfortable.
  • A job you’ve outgrown.
  • A relationship that no longer fits.
  • A version of yourself that feels safe but small.
Comfort can be a trap. And often, it’s not until we’re forced to leap that we realize change is what creates transformation.

👉 What if you framed change not as loss—but as a discovery of the next version of you?

Yes, it’s scary. Yes, it’s uncertain. But every breakthrough moment in your life likely started with a decision to change.
  • You changed how you ate.
  • You changed how you moved.
  • You changed your circle.
  • You changed how you showed up.
What if the version of you you’re longing for—the 2.0 version—is waiting on the other side of the change you’re afraid to make?

2. Courage: The Bridge to Confidence

Courage is the spark. It’s not the absence of fear—it’s action in spite of it.
“Courage is jumping out of the plane and hoping the parachute opens,” Dean said.
“It’s rolling up your sleeves and getting in the mix, even when your knees are shaking.”
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.

You just need to start.

But how do you tap into courage when fear feels louder? Dean offered two powerful tools:

1. Borrow from Your Past

You’ve been courageous before.
  • Remember a time you were scared but did it anyway.
  • Remember how it felt to push through—and what came from it.
Let those memories remind you: You can do hard things.

2. Leverage What Matters Most

Sometimes, courage comes from what’s at stake.

For Dean, it’s the vision of meeting his Maker one day—and being disappointed that he didn’t go all-in, didn’t live to his full potential, didn’t do what he was called to do because of fear.

That’s his leverage.

What’s yours?
  • Your kids watching you.
  • Your mission to serve.
  • A cause you believe in.
  • The cost of staying stuck.
With the right leverage, you’ll move—even if you're scared.

3. Confidence: Earned in the Arena

So many people think they need confidence before they begin.

But Dean shattered that myth:
Confidence is a by-product of action.
You don’t build it by reading about it.

You build it by doing messy, imperfect, courageous things.

Think of it like this:
You're not in the stands wearing someone else’s jersey anymore. You’re on the field, wearing your own name, playing your heart out.

That’s where confidence is built—in the game.

And once you’re in, here’s the hack:
  • Double down on what lifts your confidence.
  • Cut out what kills it.
Do More Of:
  • Listening to empowering podcasts
  • Reading growth-minded books
  • Surrounding yourself with people who believe in you
  • Celebrating small wins
  • Taking aligned action
Do Less Of:
  • Watching the news
  • Hanging with energy-drainers
  • Obsessing over your weaknesses
  • Comparing yourself to others
  • Playing small to keep others comfortable
“When your confidence is down, you don’t take bold action,” Dean said. “But when your confidence is up, you’re unstoppable.”

The Cycle of the 3 Cs:

  1. Change invites you to grow.
  2. Courage gets you in the game.
  3. Confidence keeps you going.
And then? That confidence helps you say yes to the next big change. It’s a cycle that moves you closer to your true potential.

Your Turn:

Which of the 3 Cs do you need to lean into today?
  • Is there a change you’ve been avoiding?
  • A courageous step you’re ready to take?
  • A confidence-sucker you need to let go of?
Whatever it is, don’t wait to feel “ready.” Start before you’re ready. Act before you’re confident.

The version of you you’re becoming depends on it. You’ve got this.

About Brandi

I’m Brandi... a designer, wellness advocate, and conscious caregiver.

But more than anything, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to hold a lot… to care deeply for others… and to realize somewhere along the way, you need support too. My work is rooted in real-life experiences that have shaped both how I live and how I serve.

Conscious Caregiving
After walking through my dad’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I experienced firsthand the emotional, physical, and mental weight that caregiving can carry. But I also experienced something else, what it looks like to approach care with intention, support the body in natural ways, and create space for presence in the middle of uncertainty.

Through that journey, my dad was able to beat his initial diagnosis in 2014, and we were given 12 more years with him before he passed in February 2026. That time shaped me in ways I’m still uncovering—and it’s what led me to create a space for caregivers who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure where to begin.

I now share simple tools, gentle guidance, and real-life perspective to help you move from panic to peace—without losing yourself in the process.

Holistic Health & Natural Living
During that same season, I was also navigating my own health challenges—walking through two and a half years of infertility.

After making intentional shifts—supporting my gut, balancing hormones, reducing toxins in our home, and working with a naturopath... I was able to conceive naturally, without medical intervention (praise God).

That experience changed everything for me.

It deepened my belief in supporting the body, simplified the way I approach wellness, and is why I love sharing natural living in a way that feels approachable, not overwhelming.
