How to Promote Amazon Prime Days Without Overcomplicating Your Content
If you’re an Amazon Associate or have an Amazon Storefront, Prime Days can be a great opportunity to earn additional affiliate income. But that does NOT mean you need to spend two days frantically searching Amazon for deals, creating graphics, dropping hundreds of links, and turning your social media into one giant Amazon commercial.

There’s a much simpler way to approach it.

Prime Big Deal Days are coming October 6–7, 2026 and if you want to take advantage of the increased attention around Amazon shopping, the best time to prepare isn’t the morning the sale starts. It’s now.

You can prepare your Amazon Storefront, create some content ahead of time, and build resources that you’ll be able to use long after Prime Days are over. Here are some simple ways to get started.

1. Start Talking About Prime Days Before Prime Days

You don't have to wait until something officially goes on sale to start talking about it. Look around your house, office, kitchen, bathroom, closet, kids' rooms — wherever you naturally use products you've purchased from Amazon.

  • What do you already love?
  • What do people ask you about?
  • What have you recommended to friends?
  • Start sharing those products now.
You can even say: “I use this all the time, and with Prime Days coming up, I’m watching to see if it goes on sale.”

Now you're creating awareness around the product before you're asking someone to buy it.

And if it does go on sale? You already have content ready to re-share that will save your audience money.

2. Go Through Your Amazon Purchase History

This might be one of the easiest places to start. Instead of scrolling Amazon trying to figure out what everyone else is promoting, scroll through your own purchase history.

Look for products you:
  • Use regularly
  • Would purchase again
  • Have already recommended
  • Get questions about
  • Have had for months or years
  • Genuinely think make life easier
Those products already have a story attached to them. And that story is your content.

“I bought this two years ago and still use it every week” is a much stronger recommendation than: “Look! This random thing is 37% off today!”

You don't have to become an Amazon deal account to make money as an Amazon Associate... you can simply become a trusted resource for the things you already use, love and recommend.

3. Organize Your Amazon Storefront Before the Sale

If you've recently created an Amazon Storefront, take a few minutes to organize it before Prime Days. Create Idea Lists that make sense for your audience.

Depending on your niche, that might include:
  • Things I Actually Own + Love
  • Home Favorites
  • Kitchen Favorites
  • Wellness Favorites
  • Beauty
  • Kids
  • Homeschool
  • Business + Office
  • Under $25
  • Gift Ideas
    • Teens/Kids
    • Husbands/wives
    • Family
    • Holidays
  • Prime Day Favorites
Think about how someone would naturally shop your recommendations. Instead of handing them a giant pile of links, you're creating little curated collections that help them quickly find what they're interested in. And make sure you create a specific Prime Day Idea List.

As you discover that products you already recommend are included in the sale, add them to that list.

Now you have one central place you can continually update throughout Prime Days rather than trying to manage dozens of individual links.

4. Create Your Content Before the Product Goes on Sale

You don't have to know the sale price to create the content.
  1. Grab the product.
  2. Film yourself using it.
  3. Take a picture of it.
  4. Record a quick talking-head Reel explaining why you bought it.
  5. Film five seconds of B-roll.
  6. Answer a question someone might have about it.
  7. Then save it.
If the product goes on sale during Prime Days, you've already done the hard part.

Add a quick text overlay: PRIME DEAL 👀

Update your caption or Story with the current deal information and your affiliate disclosure, add your link, and post.

This is a perfect example of using what you already have instead of constantly creating from scratch.

5. Let Stories Do Some of the Heavy Lifting

Prime Days are particularly well suited for Instagram and Facebook Stories because deals can change quickly. Your Story doesn't have to be complicated.

Try:
Product → Why I love it → The deal → The link

That's it.

You don't necessarily need a beautifully branded Canva graphic for every product.

Sometimes a picture of the actual product sitting on your kitchen counter with: “Still one of my favorite Amazon purchases — and it's on sale today!” is more relatable anyway.

And because Stories are quick and temporary (24 hour shelf life), they're an easy place to share deals as you discover them without completely changing the rest of your content strategy... be sure to save your Stories in a Prime Days highlight so your affiliate links can still be clicked once the Stories expire.

6. Don't Just Post a Link. Tell Me WHY.

This might be the biggest thing I would encourage you to remember. Your affiliate link isn't the content. Your experience is the content.

  • Why did you buy it?
  • What problem did it solve?
  • How often do you use it?
  • Who would you recommend it for?
  • Would you buy it again?
  • What surprised you about it?
  • What should someone know before buying it?
That's what separates your recommendation from someone simply searching Amazon themselves. Your audience doesn't necessarily need you to tell them Amazon is having a sale. Amazon is doing a pretty good job of that.

They need you to help them decide what's actually worth looking at.

7. Don't Overwhelm Your Audience

You do not have to share every deal. In fact, please don't. 😂

If someone opens your Stories and sees 63 consecutive Amazon links with no explanation, there's a pretty good chance they're going to start tapping through. Rather... curate your content. Choose the products that actually make sense for you and your audience.

I'd rather see: “Here are the 5 deals I found today that I actually think are worth it.”

than: “HERE ARE 87 THINGS AMAZON PUT ON SALE.”

Your value isn't having access to Amazon links. Everyone has access to Amazon. Your value is curation and trust.

8. Want to Take It Up a Notch? Create a Prime Day Buying Guide

If you want to do more than simply share individual links or send people to your Amazon Storefront, create a Prime Day Buying Guide specifically for your ideal person. And this doesn't have to be complicated either.

Open Canva and create a simple, visually appealing guide featuring products you genuinely recommend. Each product can be hyperlinked using your appropriate Amazon affiliate link. But here's where you can make it even more useful: Get specific about WHO the guide is for.

Instead of: My Amazon Prime Day Favorites think about the person you serve and what they would actually be shopping for.

Maybe it's:
  • Prime Day Finds for the Homeschool Mom
  • Wellness Favorites for Busy Moms
  • Pregnancy + Postpartum Amazon Favorites
  • Amazon Finds for the Essential Oil Lover
  • Small Business Owner's Prime Day Shopping Guide
  • Home Organization Favorites
  • Gifts for Kids Who Love Sports
  • Holiday Gifts Under $25
Now you're not simply sharing deals. You're curating a shopping experience for a specific person. And that makes the guide much more valuable.

Hope into Canva and search GIFT GUIDE templates. Update with your brand colors, swap out PNG images of your favorite prime deals and DOWNLOAD to share on your social media and in your newsletter.

9. Create It Once—Use It Again

Here's what I really love about creating something like a buying guide: You don't have to start over next time.

Once you've created the basic design in Canva, you can duplicate it.
  • Switch out products that are no longer available.
  • Add your newest favorites.
  • Update your links.
  • Change your cover.
  • Refresh a few images.
And suddenly your Prime Day Buying Guide can become your:
Holiday Gift Guide → Black Friday Guide → Mother's Day Guide → Back-to-School Guide → Next Year's Prime Day Guide

You could even create a few evergreen guides based on your niche that you update throughout the year.

This is one of my favorite ways to think about content: Create it once. Repurpose it. Update it. Use it again.

That sounds a whole lot better to me than spending hours creating something that disappears from your Stories 24 hours later.

10. Now Promote That Guide Everywhere You're Already Showing Up

Please don't spend all that time creating a beautiful buying guide and then quietly leave it sitting somewhere hoping people find it.

You created the resource. Now use it. If you send a weekly newsletter to your email list, talk about your Prime Day Buying Guide and link to it.
  • Share it in your Stories.
  • Create a Facebook post about it.
  • Create a Reel showing three or four of the products included in it.
  • Turn your favorites into a carousel.
  • Highlight one product at a time over several days.
  • Send people to your Amazon Storefront.
  • Drop your Storefront or Prime Day Idea List in the comments of your Facebook post when appropriate.
And don't forget that your buying guide itself can include a button at the end directing people to: Shop My Full Amazon Storefront

Now one resource is helping connect all of these pieces together.

11. One Buying Guide Could Become an Entire Content Plan

This is where it gets fun. You create one Prime Day Buying Guide.

That one resource can become:
  • Your downloadable or online buying guide
  • A Prime Day Amazon Idea List
  • Your weekly newsletter
  • A Facebook post
  • Several Instagram or Facebook Stories
  • A talking-head Reel
  • Product B-roll Reels
  • A carousel featuring your top picks
  • Individual product posts
  • Pinterest content
  • Future holiday-shopping content
You don't need eleven completely different ideas. You need one good idea that you know how to use eleven different ways.

And once Prime Days are over, that content doesn't necessarily disappear. Remove the Prime Day messaging and your favorite-product Reel is still a favorite-product Reel.

  • Your buying guide can become a holiday guide.
  • Your Prime Day Idea List can be updated for Black Friday.
  • Your B-roll can be reused the next time that product goes on sale.
This is how you start creating a library of content instead of constantly starting over.

12. Don't Forget About Your Email List

Social media isn't the only place to share your Amazon recommendations. If you're already sending a weekly newsletter, use it!

You could send an email before Prime Days with: “Here's What I'm Watching for Prime Day.”

Then during the event: “My Favorite Prime Deals So Far.” And afterward, some of those same recommendations can easily transition into holiday shopping content.

You don't necessarily need to send an entire email dedicated to Amazon, either. Your Prime Day Buying Guide or Storefront can simply become one section of the newsletter you're already sending.

13. Don't Forget Your Affiliate Disclosure

If you're earning commissions through Amazon Associates, make sure you're properly disclosing that relationship.

Amazon requires Associates to clearly disclose affiliate links and also requires the statement: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.” Amazon also provides disclosure examples such as #ad, #CommissionsEarned, or (paid link) for individual affiliate links.

Make your disclosure clear and easy to understand rather than burying it somewhere no one will see it. And if you're creating a buying guide, make sure the affiliate relationship is clearly disclosed there as well.

Prime Days Don't Have to Become a Content Marathon

You don't need a complicated Prime Day marketing strategy.

You need:
  • Products you actually recommend.
  • Content that explains why you recommend them.
  • An organized place for people to find them.
  • And a simple plan for resharing when those products go on sale.
Start with what you already own. Go through your purchase history. Organize your Storefront. Create your Prime Day Idea List. Film some B-roll.

And if you want to take it up a notch, create that buying guide. Then when Prime Days arrive, you're not scrambling to figure out what to post. You're simply paying attention to which of your favorite things went on sale — and sharing them.

Conscious Caregiving

After walking through my dad’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I experienced firsthand the emotional, physical, and mental weight that caregiving can carry. But I also experienced something else, what it looks like to approach care with intention, support the body in natural ways, and create space for presence in the middle of uncertainty.

Through that journey, my dad was able to beat his initial diagnosis in 2014, and we were given 12 more years with him before he passed in February 2026. That time shaped me in ways I’m still uncovering—and it’s what led me to create a space for caregivers who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure where to begin.

I now share simple tools, gentle guidance, and real-life perspective to help you move from panic to peace... without losing yourself in the process.

Holistic Health & Natural Living

During that same season, I was also navigating my own health challenges, walking through two and a half years of infertility. After making intentional shifts... supporting my gut, balancing hormones, reducing toxins in our home, and working with a naturopath... I was able to conceive naturally, without medical intervention (praise God).

That experience changed everything for me. It deepened my belief in supporting the body, simplified the way I approach wellness, and is why I love sharing natural living in a way that feels approachable, not overwhelming.
