I'm often asked, “How do you schedule your day?” It’s such a common question, and honestly, it’s one I used to struggle with myself. I want to start by saying this upfront: I’m not perfect, and I’m far from mastering it. Like everyone else, I have days that don’t go as planned, when productivity feels out of reach, or when life throws a curveball that disrupts even the best-laid plans. But here’s the good news—I’ve made so much progress since I first started. Now I guide women to build healthy habits and simplify their wellness. I also create digital homes online by brandifying websites for oily entrepreneurs, helping them streamline their business and show up with more confidence.
